Remove wheels and inspect brake pads and rotors for condition and thickness. Front: Pad _7_MM, Rotor have lip causing noise Rear: Pad _7_MM, Rotor in spec
Replaced front brake pads and rotors, Lubricated hard wear and flushed brake fluid. Road tested vehicle and confirmed proper operation. When replacing brake components brake pedal may feel different and stopping distance may be longer then it was. Allow extra distance while stopping for proper brake in process.
Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Check entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.

Inspected vehicle and Found pcv valve working propwerly. tested crank pressure and found off idle system pressure would exceed 15psi and even reach 20psi at times. Checked egr system and removed supply tube to intake. Found no excessive carbon. Removed oil cap and found when running at idle cap will jump in place. Followed TSB for oil consumption. suspect rings are gummed up. Performed hybrid oil change with BG products and advised customer to drive vehicle and report back. if this does not help with consumption then engine replacement will be needed to fix.

Computer diagnostic revealed code P0157 – Oxygen sensor circuit low voltage. Further testing of power and ground circuits revealed bank 2 sensor 2 oxygen sensor to be stuck at 21,247 ohms compared to bank 1 at 57 ohms. Sensor replaced and retest confirmed.
