• confirmed customer complaint. Inspected vehicle and found 6 pin connector in front of vehicle is not properly secured. Internal portion of connector is loose and coming into contact with metal cover plate causing fuse to blow. Correction is to replace 6 pin connector then re test. Several other connections on the " trailer lights" are connected with wire nuts and should be but spliced. Customer requested to illuminate the aftermarket plug assembly.
• Customer complaint clunking sound under vehicle while driving. Lower control arms bushings have bad cracking and excessive play. Front strut mounts making noise. Customer declined further repair at this time. No alignment performed.
• Remove aftermarket trailer wiring connector at front of vehicle and cap off wires,

• HEADLAMP BULB – Remove & Replace – Halogen,Both
• Pressure tested cooling system and found Hose from degas bottle to bypass pipe leaking. No other leaks found when placed under 15lbs of pressure for 1 hr of time.
• Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Check entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
• Replaced front brake pads and rotors, Lubricated hard wear and flushed brake fluid. Road tested vehicle and confirmed proper operation. When replacing brake components brake pedal may feel different and stopping distance may be longer then it was. Allow extra distance while stopping for proper brake in process.
• Adjust rear brakes.
• Performed coolant exchange. Road tested and confirmed proper operation and coolant level is as it should be.
• Replace coolant hose
• VACUUM PUMP – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace – SE,Automatic Trans Mechanical Pump – [Includes: R&I Transaxle Assembly.]
• Remove and replace battery, Clean terminals and check operation.
• California battery fee.
• 5 Year free replacement battery warranty

• Inspected vehicle and found no power to interior of vehicle. Determined no signal was being sent from bcm to ignition relay. Found Fuse #7 intact but not working. Replaced fuse and vehicle powered up. Road tested and confirmed proper operation.
• Pressure tested and found coolant leak at right lower corner of radiator. Correction is to replace radiator, Rec replace thermostat at same time.
• RADIATOR – Remove & Replace – 5.7L Eng
• THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace – V8,5.7L Eng – [Includes: R&I Air Cleaner. Includes: Drain and refill Engine Cooling System.]
• Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection.
