  • Inspect cause of bearing noise at freeway speeds on or off throttle. Road tested vehicle and found right front wheel bearing is making noise while driving. Correction is to replace wheel bearing and re test. After repair road tested vehicle and confirmed proper operation.
  • Remove wheels and inspect brake pads and rotors for condition and thickness. Front: Pad _8_MM, Rotor within spec Rear: Pad _6_MM, Rotor within spec
  • WHEEL HUB – Remove & Replace – RWD Front,One Side
  • Aligned vehicle to factory specifications. Road tested and confirmed vehicle drives straight and steering wheel is centered.
  • Induction cleaning service.

Oil pan and timing cover area cleaned for further future inspection. PCV valve replaced and customer to report back about oil consumption.

  • Replaced front brake pads and rotors, Lubricated hard wear and flushed brake fluid. Road tested vehicle and confirmed proper operation. When replacing brake components brake pedal may feel different and stopping distance may be longer then it was. Allow extra distance while stopping for proper brake in process.
  • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Check entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
  • Rotate vehicle tires to insure proper tire wear and longevity. Lug nut torqued to _______ ft/lbs per manufacture specification.
