    • Inspected system and found blown fuse. Attached amp clamp and inserted new fuse found current maxed out 60amp scale. Unplugged blower motor and found current dropped back down to zero. Inspected blower resistor and found damaged due to excessive current. Correction is to replace fuse, blower motor, and resistor.
    • BLOWER MOTOR – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
    • BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR – Remove & Replace – Blower Motor Power Module

    • Customer complaint right front leans 4" lower then left side. Customer attached sway bar so it is not as noticeable. Customer states remove sway to inspect. Found customer has installed aftermarket air assist bags in rear springs. Left rear spring is over inflated and about to burst. This is causing right front of vehicle to appear lower then left front. Correction is to install heavy duty rear springs or replace bags with new bags. Aligned vehicle to factory specifications. Road tested and confirmed vehicle drives straight and steering wheel is centered.

    • Remove wheels and inspect brake pads and rotors for condition and thickness. Front: Pad _10_MM, Rotor within spec Rear: Pad _10_MM, Rotor within spec. Found right rear rotor wearing uneven. On outside edge covering half the rotor there is a grove worn in. Suspect rotor is out of true. Axle appears to be straight. Correction is to resurface rotor. Customer declined further repair at this time.
    • Installed customer supplied spring spacers. ( No warranty )
