WHEEL STUD – Remove & Replace – Rear left 1 stud. Customer has gorilla nuts on vehicle and will return to discount to have last nut installed.
Replaced rear brake pads and rotors, Lubricated hard wear and flushed brake fluid. Road tested vehicle and confirmed proper operation. When replacing brake components brake pedal may feel different and stopping distance may be longer then it was. Allow extra distance while stopping for proper brake in process.
Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Check entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
WHEEL HUB – Remove & Replace – Front, Right
Aligned vehicle to factory specifications. Road tested and confirmed vehicle drives straight and steering wheel is centered. Found front right sway bar link missing. replaced sway links.

steering wheel Inspected and found lower ball joints have slight play. Power steering rack bushings are broken and rack is leaking bad. Right upper control arm bolt is loos causing arm to move. Customer declined repairs at this time and requested set alignment best we can and tighten bolt on control arm. Customer is aware alignment will not be perfect and can shift due to ball joints and rack. Set vehicle alignment best it can be.

front links have very minor leaks but no play.
Inspect axle for needed replacement. axle clamp had very slight grease leak. tightened clamp. Will monitor next lof to see if still leaking.

Remove corrosion from battery terminals and tighten connections.

Rear camber is at -2*. Within spec but would prefer -1 1/2* no further factory adjustments. Would need to Install aftermarket adjusters to correct. Front caster is equal would prefer less on left. no factory adjustment avalable.
