    • Remove wheels and inspect brake pads and rotors for condition and thickness. Front: Pad _10_MM, Rotor within spec Rear: Pad _10_MM, Rotor within spec. Found right rear rotor wearing uneven. On outside edge covering half the rotor there is a grove worn in. Suspect rotor is out of true. Axle appears to be straight. Correction is to resurface rotor. Customer declined further repair at this time.
    • Installed customer supplied spring spacers. ( No warranty )
    • Aligned vehicle to factory specifications. Road tested and confirmed vehicle drives straight and steering wheel is centered.

    • Remove wheels and inspect brake pads and rotors for condition and thickness. Front: Pad _3_MM, Rotor badly warped Rear: Pad ____MM, Rotor min specification ______, measured Specification_______
    • New tires. Found lower control arm #2 bushings cracking. correction is to replace lower control arms. Left side cv boot is leaking grease. Correction replace axle. all struts are or, no leaks, boots are torn. right side jam nut is loose. all lug nuts are damaged, wrong size socket is required to remove lugs. Correction is to replace all lug nuts. Steering wheel is off center. Aligned vehicle to factory specifications. Road tested and confirmed vehicle drives straight and steering wheel is centered. After alignment rear camber is near max end of spec. No adjustment. when struts are replaced it should help this.
    • CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – both lower
    • AXLE SHAFT – Remove & Replace – Left – [DOES NOT include alignment. NOTE: For Independent Suspension Type Axles, this operation consists of removal and installation, dissassembly and reassembly of the Axle Shaft Assembly and replacement of the Axle Shaft.
    • Replaced front brake pads and rotors, Lubricated hard wear and flushed brake fluid. Road tested vehicle and confirmed proper operation. When replacing brake components brake pedal may feel different and stopping distance may be longer then it was. Allow extra distance while stopping for proper brake in process.
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Check entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.

    • Scanned for codes and found: P2187 – Bank 1 too lean P2189 – Bank 2 too lean Had other codes for cat and evap as well. Monitored data and found fuel trims very high. Inspected and found pcv diaphragm torn causing excessive air to enter system. Replaced diaphragm and confirmed fuel trims return to normal. Cleared all other codes and none returned.

    • Replace power steering feed hose. After repair road tested and confirmed proper operation.
    • Flush power steering system with cleaner then add synthetic power steering fluid.
    • RADIATOR – Remove & Replace. After replacement road tested and confirmed proper operation.
    • replaced struts.
    • SHOCK &/OR STRUT ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace rear both
    • Slot rear struts to get camber adjustment.
    • While replacing right lower control arm Found axle nut had heavy rust. Attempted to avoid damage to axle by pulling axle apart found axle frozen in center support. Axle ended up getting damaged while removing. Replaced axle and completed job.
    • TIMING BELT – Remove & Replace Includes all timing components, seals, and water pump.

    • Inspected and found when vehicle sits for over an hr audible engine clatter noise can be heard. Suspect oil pressure is bleeding down causing cam phaser to rattle. This is considered to be normal operation according to Toyota. No further action is needed at this time.
