Customer complaint right front leans 4" lower then left side. Customer attached sway bar so it is not as noticeable. Customer states remove sway to inspect. Found customer has installed aftermarket air assist bags in rear springs. Left rear spring is over inflated and about to burst. This is causing right front of vehicle to appear lower then left front. Correction is to install heavy duty rear springs or replace bags with new bags. Aligned vehicle to factory specifications. Road tested and confirmed vehicle drives straight and steering wheel is centered.

Scanned vehicle for codes and found: P0430 Catalyst efficiency below threshold. Test drove vehicle and monitored Bank 1 and 2 down stream oxygen sensors. Found B2 sensor 2 switches excessively compared to bank 1. Visual inspection does not indicate any exhaust leaks. Found bank 1 cat has been replaced. Advise customer to return to previous shop that installed cat. Cat converter is not available from dealer with no release date.
Inspected and found oil separator has been replaced recently and is leaking oil onto exhaust. Vacuum pump is also leaking oil. Both will need to be replaced in order to stop Primary oil leak. Customer declined further repair at this time.
Inspect cause of excessive noise in vehicle. Road tested and heard 2 noises, Hissing noise when turning and growling noise. Growling noise is caused from failed engine mounts. Correction is to replace mounts and then further inspect power steering system for possible restriction. Customer declined further repair at this time.

Inspect cause of bearing noise at freeway speeds on or off throttle. Road tested vehicle and found right front wheel bearing is making noise while driving. Correction is to replace wheel bearing and re test. After repair road tested vehicle and confirmed proper operation.
Remove wheels and inspect brake pads and rotors for condition and thickness. Front: Pad _8_MM, Rotor within spec Rear: Pad _6_MM, Rotor within spec

Scanned vehicle for codes and found: 15470-p00b700 – Coolant flow low / performance. 15285-p253300 – Ignition sw run / start position circuit. Checked 5 volt reference at water pump connector. Confirmed 5V at pins 1 and 3. Removed connector to test resistance and found connector has coolant in it. Confirmed water pump is leaking internally into electronics. Correction is to replace water pump assembly. Found a few other coolant leaks also including degas hoses. After repairs confirmed proper operation.
Confirmed mounts are bad and are causing vibration inside vehicle Replace left and right mount. Road tested and confirmed proper operation.
Replace coolant degas hoses.
WATER PUMP – Remove & Replace – In-Line4
Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Check entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
Replaced rear brake pads and rotors, Lubricated hard wear and flushed brake fluid. Road tested vehicle and confirmed proper operation. When replacing brake components brake pedal may feel different and stopping distance may be longer then it was. Allow extra distance while stopping for proper brake in process.

confirmed customer complaint. Inspected vehicle and found 6 pin connector in front of vehicle is not properly secured. Internal portion of connector is loose and coming into contact with metal cover plate causing fuse to blow. Correction is to replace 6 pin connector then re test. Several other connections on the " trailer lights" are connected with wire nuts and should be but spliced. Customer requested to illuminate the aftermarket plug assembly.
Customer complaint clunking sound under vehicle while driving. Lower control arms bushings have bad cracking and excessive play. Front strut mounts making noise. Customer declined further repair at this time. No alignment performed.
Remove aftermarket trailer wiring connector at front of vehicle and cap off wires,
